Pelican Parke Island House is the perfect getaway for family, business or friends. Sleeps up to 8 with large living room, dining room, breakfast nook and a huge kitchen with new appliances. A fun beach décor makes the house inviting and relaxing. The refreshing sea breeze you feel as you sit on the front porch best defines island life. A massive yard is perfect for fun games.

The sun porch looks over the additional 3 lots surrounding the home.

Bedroom #1 offers a king size bed, bedroom #2 a queen, and bedroom #3 a twin/full bunk bed with a twin trundle.

**All pillows and beds are covered with moisture-resistant dust and bed bug covers.

Kitchen has all new appliances including dishwasher, glass cooktop, vent, wall oven and microwave.

An adjoining formal dining room can fit the whole family for meals or game night! Hot/cold outside shower offers the first stop for beach visit wash-off. Central air and heat keep you comfortable year-round.

House provides cable, Wifi, bath towels, dishware, some cookware and coffee pot.

Two closets and garages are locked off for owner use only. Other than that, you have the entire house to yourselves!
